Electrician Transferring to Finance

19 worked as an electrician for a year. I've been applying for bank teller positions constantly for months and only response I get is that they've decided to move on to other candidates.

My Resume and Cover letter is definitely well written. I don't want to have to work in a retail for a couple of years just to get considered.

Any tips?
