Anybody know how long it usually takes the medical review officer to contact you with a positive urine test? I was tested 9 am the 26th, drug of question is nicotine which I was unaware I was being tested for. Still heard nothing. If anyone has any info at all it would be greatly appreciated. I was nicotine free for MAYBE 12 hours so a negative is highly unlikely. I figured 2-3 days for transit and the medical review officer has 72 hours to contact you with a positive result.
