Does anyone know how the P&G assessment test is graded?

So a couple of days ago I submitted my resume for an internship position in my country, about 2 days later I received an email informing me that I had advanced to the second step which is the assessment test, I just finished it and I’m wondering how is it graded? Is it automatically graded or is there someone who manually checks it? I’ve been reading on the internet that if you receive a “we will be contacting you in 30 days” email it means that you are not getting any forward in the process. Is this true? Should I be worried? I’d really like this job so I would very much appreciate your comments
