Do hr phone interviews stress anyone else out more than anything??

I hate them!! They’ll talk to like 10 people but are only going to interview 3. And I get so stressed not knowing if it’s going to be super easy or if they’ll have really detailed questions or they’ll ask stupid situation questions.

I’ll get an interview for a job I’m super qualified for but not make it to the interview when I don’t feel like I did a bad job. So now I feel like I have to say everything perfectly or I won’t get an interview and I get even more stressed!!!
