Any Recruiters or hiring managers have insight into debriefs after interviews?

So I had a final interview last Friday where the hiring manager told me They’d have an answer this week by end of week latest. So today in the morning I emailed the recruiter asking if there is any update and they told me that all the interviews are done and the team is getting together today to do their debriefs and that he’d update me later today or early next week.

So, it’s now well after working hours and I haven’t heard anything just want to know how long these debriefs last and what goes into them. Ideally if it is a bad sign I didn’t hear back today. Thanks!
