What’s a good way to negotiate/ask...

Received an offer.

Currently I have been working remote “permanently”, but I received an offer from another company. It’s an office job. I know some people at this new place and know of a couple who are remote permanently, but that’s not really the status quo. How can I ask or negotiate being remote (for at least this messy COVID-19 school year(I have a kid)) without saying “but he/she gets to work remote so I’d like to also.”
