What are the most stable remote sales jobs? Inbound or Outbound sales? And recruiters how do I get a hold of you?
I have a masters plus in the humans relationship field. And I am in sales and I love everything but the pay and lack of benefits. I used to do human relationship type work but I got burnt out, and was on the receiving end of some hostile environments. With the sales though I keep getting companies who are hiring commission only, and I want stability. I am looking for a base plus commission and I have made this clear in social media which has helped those companies from just giving me job information only to tell me the position is commission only. I have over a year of sales experience, and a few years in the other field plus a year of event planning. What companies should I target? I like large companies, and want one that’s relaxed and where I can work from home. I am leading the sales department I am currently in and have been since I took that job. I have applied to hundreds of different positions and had a handful of second round interviews only to be ghosted. My talent can go far and it has. I also tried multiple times to get to full-time at the minimum at my job. And it didn’t happen. But at least I tried. Now in regards to sales jobs, is inbound or outbound easier for the sales rep? I can make connections quickly and with ease with people. It is a gift I have. So I can get information out of them while having them have control of the conversation. So recruiters, after having read all of this, what’s your advice? I also downloaded ATS software for my resume so it helped but not all the way. I also connect with people in high places they just don’t always make the hiring calls.
