Rejection Feedback: "Worried you would get bored easily on the position and will be ready to move on too quickly for them". How to solve this issue I have?

Hello r/jobs!

This subreddit has been an immense help plus r/resumes in helping me land 3 full-time job offers, and eventually chose the one I'll be starting full-time this September as a recent accounting grad. That being said, I recently received a rejection email from another company with the feedback that "they (manager and team) worried you would get bored easily on the position and will be ready to move on too quickly for them".

I understand my experiences are all over the place and a trait that I am heavily self-conscious about. I have had 14 employers ranging from factory, retail, banking, teaching, project management, programming and data analysis to accounting and finance co-op since I turned 18, now 24. Usually within the first few months, I get bored and disengaged that I begin looking for a new job and quit.

Is this normal? Am I just overreacting?
