Around 6 months ago, I applied for a short-term position at a company. 2 months ago, I was called for an interview and 10 days later, offered a position; however, due to COVID and its impacts on the economy, I ended up actually declining the job due to job security concerns for a temporary job (the company is great, but I currently have a full-time position, even though it isn't the most optimal). Around 2 weeks ago, I received an e-mail with an updated application to complete for full-time employment, and a writing sample to complete within 2 days of receipt. I completed both of these within the timeframe, and received a call yesterday to complete another interview with the company. I was searching on the company's website, but they currently don't have any open job positions listed for my title on their website (or anywhere on the internet). Does anyone know what to expect at an interview like this, where there's no open position listed anywhere?
