Is it normal to lie in interviews?

Apart from the questions relating to my own experience and job history, I feel that I have to lie when Hiring Managers ask questions like what are your weaknesses and strengths, why do you want to work for this company, why are you leaving your current job (since we should not be saying negative things about our current employer), etc.

Is this what everyone else also does?
