I have been interviewing at several places recently. At one small company in particular I had a phone interview with HR, a phone interview with a hiring manager, and a written assessment (all in one week!). Right before being given the written assessment, HR asked me how soon I could start if I was extended an offer. I believe there is one more final round in the hiring process, but is being asked this a good sign? Or at least that I am being seriously considered?
