interviewer accepted linkedin request

I had an interview last Friday. After the interview, I sent a thank you email and LinkedIn connection request.

Today the interviewer accepted my LinkedIn connect, but they haven’t responded to my thank you email.

Is the LinkedIn connect a good sign?
