How to Contact HR

Hi folks. I found the perfect job for me the other day. It’s close to home, pays well, is reviewed incredibly positively, and my experience lines up perfectly. I’m hoping to make the best impression possible by following up with HR to check the status of my application but I have no idea how to go about doing it and I’m feeling pretty anxious.

I searched online and only found the contact information for their head of HR so I don’t think contacting her is the best idea. Do i just walk in and ask to speak to someone from HR? What’s my best course of action to stick out? Thanks for the help.
