How do you prepare for interviews for a Lecturer position?

I had applied to some lecturer positions and one of them did get back. I would like to prepare ahead of time so when I do get the actual interview I am prepared. The last teaching position I had, the chair of the department had emailed me to give them a call. When I called, the chair basically told me they have a course in mind they would like me to teach and asked me about 2 simple questions. The rest of the conversation was basically about the course and if I had any questions for them.

For these positions I applied to, I am not sure what to expect or how would they interview me.
