Chances of finding a NetSuite Developer job abroad

So basically I am from the Philippines working as a multiple-certified Technical Consultant at Oracle NetSuite. Although I work in the Philippines, I cater to US customers in my work, therefore I work night shift here. And my plan is to find a job in the USA as a NetSuite Developer (or anywhere else in the world). I actually plan to rack up some more NetSuite certifications on my end as well as work experience in order for me to have some advantage on my end. What are my chances on landing a job in the USA? I know my only way is only getting H1-B Visa in order to legally work there (USA), but I just wanted to know my chances.
