Application submission says “under consideration”

I interviewed internally yesterday and was told there would be a final interview at the end of the month. When I asked when I could expect a follow up, I didn’t get a clear answer. Just checked my application status and it says “under consideration” does this mean I won’t move forward to the final interview?
