What should I do with current job situation and what steps can I take to advance myself?

I have a lot of debts and things to consider. I have mental health issues, children who are dependent upon myself, a criminal background and a lack of transportation. I am working with a temp agency at a full time job and also working part time. I am trying to work around the lack of transportation. I may not be able to keep the full time job with the temp agency on first shift. Should I find another job with another temp agency on another shift? Should I try to find a more permanent job closer to home? Should I keep working both jobs? Keep one or the other for a while and find something else?Should I go back to school and learn something new and take online courses? What should I do?
