What Demotivates you at a job?

Hey all,

I had an interview yesterday afternoon and I was asked this question— I’ve had my fair share of interviews and had never heard this question (I actually mused to the panel that question threw me off.) I took a second to respond and mentioned that a lack of work can often demotivate me as it will throw off my rhythm and that I like to generally keep a steady pace, or something to that effect.

I keep repeating that question in my head, but I think I otherwise aced the interview. Is that something that would give an interviewer pause in hiring me?
