do people go to college to get a degree on their name so when they get hired, the company is just going to determine their salary by their degree level?
I’m thinking a company would do something like this maybe because 1.There’re selfish and would make the excuse that you have little education so they’ll pay you less to benefit themselves 2.some how or some way their benefiting from college 3.It would make their brand look good But then again people share stories that after they graduate they can’t get job because their told they don’t have experience.
And if someone had proof and a portfolio to show their experience and shows good communication, would they really turn down the offer? Or wouldn’t they just put their salary in the category with people with high degrees?
