Unemployment Dilemma

I graduated in college in may and have struggled to find quality job openings for two months straight now. However, I ended up getting unemployment and have been receiving $760 a week for almost that entire time. This is a big reason why I haven't accepted a position yet -- the unemployment pays more than any of the jobs that have actually gotten back to me.

This is where the dilemma comes in. There's this new policy where people can't get unemployment without providing the personal information of three employers that turned them down. Because most of the jobs I apply for never even get back to me, I have no way of getting the information required for unemployment, such as the names of managers.

What's funny is that I haven't used a single dime of any of this unemployment money. It has all gone to my mom, who uses it to buy groceries and pay off bills. My family has been in some dire financial straits lately and has really been relying on this money, and now I have no idea how to continue it.

How are you supposed to prove that you have been applying for jobs when the jobs just completely ignore you? Does this all mean that I'm no longer eligible or is there some other option?
