Negotiating for the pay I deserve

Before being forloughed, I was making 14/hr. When I'm brought back, my department is gone and I'm put in another, but they messed up my account and now I'm being paid the minimum of 12/hr.

My coworker had the same happen, but he kept his pay, which we both earned.

I have a meeting about this in a few days. What should I say without implicating my coworker, but hopefully get the pay I should have?
