is it a good sign when you send a post-interview thank you email and get a reply?

I sent an email to my interviewer afterward and got a reply basically saying they enjoyed the talk with me too, feel I am a good fit, and mentioned they still have a few other candidates to go through, and will be in touch.

Is that a good sign I did good in the interview?
