I'm I underpaid?

I have a bachelor degree in accounting, I'm working in a factory doing small accounting mostly cost price. Since this is only around 30/h/week I'm also in charge of redoing their entire website. It's a multi-million dollar company.

I'm getting paid 15,25$/hours CANADIAN.

Most factory will paid around 17-18$/hour here to work on the floor.
