Hi! So I’m still in school so I can’t actually get a job in HR yet but it’s an attractive career option.
The problem is on all job sites there’s a lot of corporate wording that I just don’t understand. Can anyone in HR tell me what exactly it is that you do on a daily basis, if you could simplify it as much as possible too (I know I probably sound like a right idiot).
How exactly do you do your different responsibilities? Is it easier than it seems, at least once you get the hang of it? Is there a lot of pressure? What are your responsibilities on the average day? What are the work hours like?
(Sorry for format I’m on mobile)
Edit: Would it be worth getting an apprenticeship? What qualifications would you need to be the best candidate for a HR job?
