How did you know when to quit your job?

Hi, hoping to be able to gain some perspectives from others on when you knew it was the right time to quit, and how it all panned out

I'm currently working for a job that I used to enjoy, but since moving teams, I've become so unhappy with the role (not the team, they're one of the reasons I've stayed). Disengaged and unmotivated everyday, and feel like I've lost my spark, even talking to my manager has had little impact on changing this.

Wanting to quit, yet we're in a global pandemic and it's a tough job market at the moment. In a pickle for sure
