I currently work at a small private school and am getting my masters in education. I have been looking to get my foot in the door at a local school district (more opportunities, etc). Most of my experience is in teaching/paraprofessional but this job will be at the district office. Anyways, I’ve spent the last month testing to get on a hiring eligibility list (written, performance, and oral technical) and ranked number 1! They’re interviewing the top 3 tomorrow. I’m super nervous!! I’ve been practicing common interview questions and have situations ready in case they ask behavioral type questions.
I need some motivation! What are your job search success stories? If you don’t have a success story, any tips/advice/inspo/words of wisdom will be greatly appreciated :)
