Am I being paranoid for not getting called back after a job offer?

I was offered a job by a local business about 10 days ago. I went in for the meet and greet/interview last Thursday. The owner introduced me to the manager, asking him to call me to chat and set up a schedule. The manager said it'd be 10 days before I could be trained. I was told I'd be called last Friday. As of today, no call yet. So I shot the owner a brief 'hey just checking back' email around noon. I see she responded as soon as I sent it, but she hasn't responded.

Am I crazy for thinking something should have happened by now, or are they just backed up from reopening from COVID? This is in NYC.

If it matters, I currently work for a competitor, and I was very diplomatic in stating why I was changing ships.
