Underperforming at my part time job vs excelling at my internship, should I quit the job?

I just graduated college. I haven’t really had a job. Nevertheless I occupied myself with volunteering, getting involved on campus, and internships.

I got surveyed today at my job to find out how to improve the working conditions. By the end of the survey, I was apparently selected because I was underperforming. I am aware I have been slower than normal but it’s always been due to things out of my control. (I work at amazon, yuck I know). I can’t help it if their work conditions delays me from working fast (I.e, bunch of people in the same aisle, getting constantly yelled at to have 6 feet apart, the device I use always has some issue, etc). I know how to do my job but these things are making me slow. I cannot do anything to change it.

I compared this to my internship at the courthouse that unfortunately got halted because of the virus. I was always striving for better. When evaluations came in, it was in the middle of the internship program so of course there was room for improvement. Yet, I still scored really well on my evaluations. But what I like about my internship is that it was an office “job”, and there was independence. I never had to depend on others. I was mostly in control of my responsibilities.

I’m letting my part time job affect me to the point where I want to quit. I’m still applying for jobs where I can use my degree and qualifications. I don’t know what to do anymore.
