Hey guys! I'm currently a mechanical engineer in Ontario and am considering switching careers into OT and applying to OT school. I am in the automotive industry and hate it. I don't think I ever enjoyed mechanical. I found rehabilitation sciences/engineering interesting but I would like a career that helps a patient more directly and I think engineering may lack in that. But, correct me if I'm wrong! Seeking any advice from anyone in the OT field or who has made the jump before.
