Sick & tired of being the bad guy & getting yelled at daily. Looking for a job change.

Alright, so i'm a claims adjuster. I have been for 3 years, & I'm tired of it. I dread most days due to the work volume(think 12+ hours of work & squeeze it into 6 hrs/day) & always getting yelled at. So I've decided to change it up. However, I don't know where to go. Outside of customer service & investigations, I don't know what I could use to help me change fields or even be competitive in a different field. I'd like to get away from being front & center with customers. But the only things I can think of are either trade jobs or in IT which I don't have the certifications for. Any advice from reddit on ideas of fields or jobs to look into? I'm really open for almost anything.
