Prepping for an interview with the head of HR and COO

Advice need

I’m relatively new here and need some assistance.

I have an interview scheduled with the Head of HR and Chief Operations Officer next Monday — semi back to back. How do you prepare for interviews with C-Suite people? I was a VP in my previous role and interviewed with my boss the GM — never had to meet with other people.

This is new to me and the last interview I had with the Chief People Officer — I didn’t get it. It was during Covid19 and 5 rounds in a weird order (never interviewed with my hiring manager).. How do I get this job??
