I had a first interview last week and was asked back for a second interview. They said they would need my official sealed transcripts sent electronically or by mail before the second interview could be set up. I sent them off on Friday and they should receive them tomorrow. Is this a good sign? They have all my other paperwork. I'm curious if the second interview is truly an interview or just a formality. I've been on a number of interviews and this is the only potential employer that requested sealed transcripts.
