Mother (53) has been out of official work for awhile and I’d like to help her as much as I can.

So my mother is starting to go into the empty nest stage of her life and really wants to go out and find a job. But she’s having trouble doing so.

Even though she has a Bachelors in Labor Relations and years of experience in HR and being a Teacher’s Assistant (Elementary and Special Education), she doesn’t feel qualified for anything anymore.

And it’s not like she isn’t actively looking while she does the administrative duties for the company landscaping business.

Is there anyway I could send off her resume or search for her behind her back to get groundwork setup. Because she really is her own worse enemy.
