I am not sure if this is the correct subreddit for this question and please forgive me if it is not.
I recently had an interview at Hollister on June 15 and after the interview, the manager said I had a great interview--yay!!--and would call me back in a week after discussing with upper management. Her concluding statement implied that I qualified for the job and she was interested in hiring me as a stock associate, which the location I applied for was in need of.
I have prior retail experience (5 months at another retail store) and when I interviewed there, I was practically hired on the spot after the interview. I guess my main concerns are:
- I have not been contacted since the interview and I want to call Hollister to follow up and see if I got hired or not. I have been waiting on this thought because it has not been a full week yet.
- If I was not told the pay after the interview ended, does that mean I did not get the job?
Thank you so much and if anyone has had a similar experience, please share with me.
