Best way to suggest a new strategy to my boss/upper management during WFH?

Hey all, so I have an idea that I want my company to consider implementing but I'm not sure what the best way of bringing it up would be. Our cofounders are very much in the loop with us and so are our managers, so I was thinking about writing an email CCing all of them and explaining what this strategy is and how it would help us. Is there a better way to go about it? Also, is it a good idea to suggest new ideas like this or should I keep it to myself and do the required work.
Background : I'm a junior level employee, only a few months into the job.
