When’s it generally “OK” to leave your first job to seek a new career?

I know this is probably a frequently asked question.. however, as the title states, I’m currently in my first corporate setting. Been here for about 5 months going on 6 in May. Graduated summer 2018 w/ masters degree. Spent year in Greece. Now I’m back and was looking to gain a bit of work experience since I played sports collegiately and a bit professionally most of my life. Work for a company who is considered to have the best Management Trainee position, but now looking to start new endeavors because I feel like I’ve learned as much as I can within the time I’ve been here. I’ve finished #1 in sales not only in the region but also in the group and honestly feel like it’s time to start moving along. It’s not the professional environment that I expect to work in and I don’t get compensated nearly enough for what I provide (no commission/long hours)

Sorry if this sounds like a rant but just needed to get opinions.. really looking to go into medical device sales or pharmaceutical sales but open to any suggestions!
