Started job, wanting to take second day off

I started a very physical job which involves moving potted trees and various other things weighing a decent amount. Havent had a physical intensive job for about a year and currently I'm sore all over worried about walking in tommorow unable to lift or do much efficiently. My mother thinks if I call out tommorow, I will just be fired on the spot. Any thoughts or ideas would be much appreciated.
