I counter offered on a job offer and received no reply - URGENT

Hello,

I had a job interview over phone, and after two weeks they approved and asked for the expectations by email, I sent : my salary Expectations range + health insurance (my family & me) + any standard benefits for the company’s employees.

After two weeks, I received a call to discuss the salary, the recruiter asked for expected all-inclusive salary, but I couldn’t give her an estimation for the health insurance, but I asked for a middle salary (within my range) plus health insurance.

After two days, I received acknowledgment letter, mentioned the new salary but without the health insurance, I replied in the same day to clarify if the health insurance is included, she replied next day that it is not included, then I replied

“Hello x, Thank you for your prompt response. I am really excited about the opportunity, and excited more to work together soon. I am very grateful for the package, but I think there was a miscommunication; as I think I asked for a salary plus medical insurance; because I couldn’t give you an estimation over the phone. So, I did a quick research, and found that the average insurance costs around x (for me and family). I hope that you can take it in consideration and move the package to be closer to xy and hope it will fit within the budget . I apologize if there was any miss understanding from my side. Thank you again for your offer. I look forward to speaking with you again soon.”

There were some people copied on the email from her side.

Today is the fourth day with no response.

The original salary(without h. Insurance) is almost good enough, but I want just a little push. In worst case I will approve for the original salary.

Should I send her a gentle reminder email? Send email asking for a time to call? Call her? Send email saying I found a cheaper h. Insurance?

I really don’t know what to do!!!
