Happy hours

Hi y'all,

So I have never really had a job where I went to happy hour with my colleagues every once in a while. i now do and enjoy it. However my partner and I are planning on having a kid and afterwards I am wondering how socializing will be possible with happy hours and such anymore? Any experiences with this? for example I love the trivia night outings on fridays and I was wondering if there were any conflicts and such with your spouses because they had to take care of the kid etc. due to this? or what was the solution you guys came up with? grandparents? nannies? lol I would just feel very guilty going perhaps? that is what I think anyways :) Thanks for the help!
