Can my boss fire me for this?

So I work at Family Dollar, and I've been working here for the past 2 months. I'm a cashier and recently my draw has been short 3 times, and I have been putting in my own personal money to make things right and balance the weekly deposit to protect my job. The issue that I'm having is that I have very bad eye sight.

When I interviewed for this job, I told the store manager (this is the person who is in charge of all of the managers and is the highest position in the store) that I wanted literally any position besides being a cashier. Regardless, she hired me to be a cashier. My draw has been coming up short because my glasses broke and it's hard to really get a new pair because of COVID-19. Today she told me that if my drawer is ever short again by any amount I would be fired (and told me that I can't put money in the deposit anymore for whatever reason).

I even brought in documentation that has the medical diagnosis for the issues I have with my eyes. She doesn't care though. Is it legal for her to fire me since I have medical documentation? On the application, Family Dollar states that they will not discriminate against anyone due to race, certain convictions, or medical reasons. And I've asked countless times to be put in a different position where my eyesight wouldn't be an issue, and I know for a fact that there are openings for them. But she's just being ignorant.
