Back to School/Changing Field?

I'm at a transitioning stage in life where I want to stop freelancing as a writer/editor and start really getting into a long-term career with stability. Some back story - I've been working summers since I was 14 (Sales/F&B), and when I turned 18 I took my 4-year Undergraduate Degree in Health Studies and graduated at 21 as expected. I had entered university majoring in English and Concurrent Education but had switched majors after my first year. I'm someone who just doesn't really know for certain what I want to do, although I've always loved writing and editing, so that's what I did after graduating.

Right now I'm thinking about whether I want to go with my experience and pursue another Bachelor's in Journalism or go branch off my "education/academics" and pursue a Bachelor's in Social Work or Psychology (is Psychology practical?). OR, do I go to college and get a 2-year Technical Writing diploma??

I've done a lot of job searching so far and just feel like I don't have the right qualifications and experience for anything even though I do have experience in the workforce and decent skills.
