I've applied for a policy internship at a ministry and reached the stage of the application process where I take a Situational Judgement Questionnaire.
I'm told I'll be asked some questions about myself and be asked to respond to some hypothetical situations.
I'll do some practice tests and read up on it, but since this is my first time taking one of these, does anyone have advice? From your experience, does this stage cull a lot of people/is the minimum pass score set fairly high? Even if I do pass with an average score, does not scoring high affect how I'm considered in the later stages?
