Ways to get work during the crisis?

This question is for my brother, who was a bartender before everything was shut down. He has a daughter, and has some savings but he needs more. His car is too old for Uber, but he tried the food delivery thing (not sure what company), and is making money but he noticed most of the money comes between 6-9pm so it would be good finding work before these hours.

He’s willing to take literally anything - has already applied to all of the grocery stores and Costco/Walmart with no response. He has a background in restaurant management as well and he worked for an insurance company before as an agent. He also has ~3 year experience doing maintenance at a school.

Would also be interested in remote work.
