I've noticed that a common requirement in manufacturing/biotech is familiarity with cGMP. I don't have any relevant experience, so I decided to read through the sections of CFR Title 21 that are relevant to my targeted positions. None of the information was mindblowing and I feel pretty comfortable with the guidelines. In addition, I'll refer to them again before interviews and review different sections for different job postings. Is this enough for me to include "Familiarity with cGMP" on my resume? Or should I go for something weaker like "Background Knowledge in GMP?"
Also, would doing this be unethical? The job postings always words it as "familiarity with cGMP", which I don't believe to be equivalent to experience. However, I don't know if employers share the same opinion and I don't want them to think that I purposely misled them.
