Just had an internship interview and don’t know who to send the thank you email to. They also didn’t discuss anything about how much it pays?

I had an interview for a finance/accounting internship on Wednesday. I thought I was just going to be interviewing with the HR manager but it ended up being a panel of 3 other people and not her. After the panel, another person also interviewed me. The only email address I have is the HR manager that set up the interview. My school always emphasizes how important the thank you emails are. I was thinking of just emailing the HR manager but I don’t remember the names of 2 of the interviewers.

I also wasn’t sure when or if they would discuss pay. The internship was posted on a few job boards including my schools but the pay rate was hidden so I thought it was a paid position and they just weren’t disclosing the rate. Is it normal for them to not mention anything about pay at the interview? Wouldn’t they tell me then if it’s not paid? I didn’t think it was appropriate to ask during the interview but I’m also not trying to work full time over the summer for free.
