Is this a good path to become an FBI Agent?

Hi I am a current sophomore at a well established university and am pursuing a double major in Business Economics and International Studies. Do these majors seem suitable? Also, I plan on applying for an FBI internship for next summer but am unsure if I would get in due to not having any extracurriculars. If I don’t I know I will try to intern for somewhere International Studies related. I know you need 3 years in the workforce after college but I was thinking of possibly joining the military after and then applying to the FBI thereafter. Just wondering if this is a good plan. If I don’t join the military what would you suggest I do instead? Also I have a clean record and have never dabbled in anything illegal. Thanks!
