If you were trying to get out of a bad job would you take a seemingly equally bad job?

All I’m being offered are jobs with the same low Glassdoor ratings and reviews/complaints. I’m trying to move out of production industries and shady small shops but no luck. Trying to decide if it’s worth taking an equally bad job and just asking for higher pay.
