I lost my second job due to COVID-19 closures, but I still work my first time job, can I apply for unemployment?

I live in Massachusetts and I wanted to know if I can apply unemployment under these circumstances given the CARES Act and the partial unemployment benefits.

If so, do I report both my first job employer and my second job employer on the application or only the second job employer?
