I just had a back to back interview with an assistant controller and the controller. I have a question about follow up emails.

So I already sent a thank you note to the assistant controller( she was the one who reached out to me through phone and email) and I asked her to forward my thanks to the corporate controller. Then, I found the controller's email on LinkedIn. Should I also send a thank you letter as well despite asking my thanks to be forwarded?
