Recently got selected for an interview for an apprenticeship program with a bank. The final round consists of a 40min group case study and 2 rounds of 25min individual interview, all in the same day. My understanding is that they will use this opportunity to see how well we are able to interact with people and stuff like that. But I'm rather introverted - I can appear to be confident and extroverted in a 1-on-1 interview but not quite so in a group setting. What should I do to at least come across as sociable in an interview? Thanks!
